Box goes up high for a bit to collect the wanderers and then the box will stay nearby for several days hoping the queen stays around and the workers all join her. Bee repellant was sprayed in the old hive and if all goes well, the majority of bees will travel to a new home, with the queen, in the box. I will miss the bees as I have named each and every one of them "fang"
