Back in the days before surface mount technology and pre digi everything, this is what the guts of hi-tech looked like. My Ivie IE30 vintage handheld 1/3 octave RTA, much to my dismay started malfunctioning, so had to get inside take a look. After un soldering the battery it worked and a quick search $15 plus $10 shipping has a new battery headed my way.
